DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 2 years\' experience in fiber splicing with core alignment fusion splicers.
• Perform mid-sheath fiber entries.
• Knowledge of various manufactures OPS and ISP splice enclosures and termination panels.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and make good decisions.
• Perform OTDR and OLTS testing and interpreting results.
• Use and maintain fusion fiber optic splicing machines and various test equipment including OTDR, OLTS testers.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Possess a valid driver\'s license.
• Abide by company safety rules.
