Insight Global Personal Lines Processor in Troy, Michigan

Job Description

One of our insurance clients is looking for a Personal Lines Processor in Troy, MI. The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Download suspense (policies, eDocs, claims)

  • Communication log (new business audit, endorsement audit)

  • Attachments (renewals, endorsement changes)

  • Claims (loss notice attachments, loss notice inpute, carrier claim report review)

  • Renewal check (comparing renewals/expiration reports for slow increase triggering re-quote for account managers)

Other tasks may include, but are not limited to: mortgage requests, underwriting, forms, and requote assistance.

Skills and Requirements

  • 1-3 years' experience in the insurance industry

  • Experience using EPIC or transferrable system - Property and Casualty (P&C) license null
