Description:

Monday through Friday usually 8am to 4:30pm. There is some flexibility if someone needs to start later. As long as start time is between 8am and 10am. Overtime is available, not required.

Responsibilities:

• average of 80+ outbound calls per day in an effort to collect the balance owed

• email blast campaigns that will generate some inbound calls. Sometimes 20-30 inbound calls per day

• managing 200 to 600 accounts per week

• following up via email letting them know a balance is due

• notating the account using their CRM system and Excel

• navigate phone calls to where it would lead to a possible collection

• try to collect right on the phone

• settle accounts as needed

• follow up with daily reporting on activity

• Other related duties assigned by management

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVE:

• at least 2 to 3 years of outbound FIRST PARTY collections experience. Actual Collections (outbound calling), not Accounts Receivables

• basic collection laws knowledge. FDCPA and why it's in place

NICE TO HAVE:

• first priority merchant services collections experience

• sales experience (not a sales role but the ability to convince someone to pay the balance owed)

• business to business collections experience is also helpful

• Google suite experience. NAb does not use Microsoft Office Products. Only Google suite.
