GDSI is hiring! Immediate hire!
The Customer Service and Shipping Specialist is responsible to respond to customer inquiries and to coordinate materials (receiving and shipping.) They are also responsible for sales order creation and kitting for our manufacturing line. The successful candidate will also be asked to assist with additional administrative duties as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Respond to customer questions
Match material with customers
Coordinate material to appropriate location (material or engineering)
Receive materials
Create sales orders
Coordinate shipping
Update quotes, when requested
Create reports within the system
Special projects as requested
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Minimum of Associate’s Degree
3+ years of relevant experience
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently
Good computer skills and understanding of office 365
Good customer service skills
