GA Food Service (M)* Care (Call) Center Representative - Bilingual in Saint Petersburg, Florida

Must have the following in order to apply:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1 year customer service or call center experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Data entry skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Bilingual

Job Description: The Bilingual Care (Call) Center Representative will be a customer service professional who is interested in impacting the lives of others. This individual will be part of processing customer orders and deliveries. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inbound customer and member orders
  • Liaison with the company's Field Service Representatives, along with customers, agencies, and Case Managers
  • Data Entry of customer orders into company ERP and other programs
