SUMMARY

As an Inbound Call Center Representative for Focus Services you will assist with customer's questions and concerns over the telephone. Our Representatives are responsible for updating customer's accounts and processing orders. Our Representatives are also responsible for generating additional sales by exploring available offers on every account.

DUTIES

• Field inbound calls in a professional manner
• Resolve customer's questions
• Research solutions to customer's issues
• Offer customers a free account review to provide the best offer
• Computer navigation and data entry

• Retain Customers wanting to cancel

   

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 or older
• Type 25+ WPM
• Pass a Background & Drug test
• Proficient PC and keyboarding skills with ability to multi-task through different applications/screens
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Skill to communicate effectively with customers
• Willingness to work in a fast pace work environment
