JOB REQUIREMENTS: Diggers Hotline is looking for talented individuals who will be responsible for answering inbound calls in a fast-paced environment. As a Contact Center Representative, you will respond to inquiries and perform ticket processing duties for utilities, contractors, and homeowners from throughout the State of Wisconsin to ensure safe excavation. Applicants with two years of call center experience with one employer are preferred. Are you qualified? Are you able to read & interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals do you understand directions and can you read a map and have the ability to identify north, south, east, & west? This is a skill vital to the position. Do you have the ability to adhere to a work schedule and show up to work on time each and every shift? Can you listen effectively and problem-solve?
