  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Responsibilities

The Call Center Representative supports the scheduling of patients providing routing of incoming/outgoing calls. This includes monitoring and directing calls, managing appointments, ensuring confidentiality, answering patient questions and informing them of pertinent information, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and strict confidentiality.
