You'll be the bridge between imagination and reality, translating user needs into stunning, intuitive interfaces that drive engagement and growth. Primary Responsibilities: Unravel user mysteries: Conduct user research, analyze data, and build empathy to understand user needs and pain points. Craft compelling solutions: Design high-fidelity prototypes and mockups that are both beautiful and usable, adhering to design principles and accessibility standards. Bring interfaces to life: Translate designs into pixel-perfect front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular preferred). Champion iteration: Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure optimal user experience. Collaborate like a pro: Work seamlessly with designers, product managers, and engineers to bring ideas to fruition. Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously learn and experiment with new design trends and technologies. Contribute to the bigger picture: Help build and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Engineer or similar role. Rock-solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices. Front-end development mastery with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with front-end frameworks (React and or Angular) Communication and collaboration skills A hunger to learn, adapt, and push the boundaries of what's possible. A portfolio showcasing your design and development prowess. Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience with APIs and interacting with Cloud Platforms such as Google Cloud, Google Workspace, AWS or Azure Side projects that demonstrate your creativity and initiative.
