PACE Staffing Network Account Specialist in Issaquah, Washington
Are you a self-starter with a knack for sales support and client services? Do you thrive in a collaborative team environment? If so, we're looking for an Account Specialist to join our client, a global sales, marketing and brand development broker in Issaquah, WA.
Position Overview:
As an Account Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing sales support by coordinating customer and client services and programs. Reporting to the Account Manager, you'll assist in executing sales programs and office operations, with a focus on Costco and vendor sales initiatives. This role requires basic to intermediate skills in Onlook and Excel, along with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and sales support for domestic and international sales.
- Assist with shipments for sales as necessary.
- Cross-train staff on customer sales procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks as requested.
- Implement Executive Sales Team procedures in collaboration with the Account Manager.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring accuracy and security.
Assist in generating new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information.
Job Details:
Location: Issaquah, WA (100% Onsite)
Salary: $50,000 - $52,000 (Depending on Experience) plus a generous benefits package
Hours: Standard Business Hours (8:00 am - 4:30 pm)
Requirements:
- Experience and understanding of Costco's programs, strategies, and business objectives.
- Knowledge of account management, customer service, and sales processes.
- Ability to handle sales-related telephone inquiries with professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and email.
Ability to manage stress and time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Basic to intermediate skills in Onlook and Excel.
- Comfortable with coaching and open to feedback.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
- Proactive and able to take initiative when needed.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
