Works as part of a team using chainsaws, chippers, grinders, and aerial equipment. Assists on job site with ground operation and alongside other team members to prune/trim trees & shrubs above 10 feet, other tree & shrub maintenance, remove trees, brush clearing, stump grinding and removal, dispose of branches and tree debris, storm damage response clean up. Maintains safe work environment, equipment, and vehicles. Helps with maintenance of equipment and vehicles with vendors. Reads and execute job estimates, and creates the jobsite logistics plan. Helps team with winter and snow removal projects, seasonal equipment maintenance, general policing of maintenance of residential and commercial customers, preparation of inventory for following seasons and coordinating winter tree and lawn preparation and maintenance. Loads and unloads work vehicles with equipment and tools. Communicates with supervisors and subordinates on completed job tasks and project status using email, Microsoft Teams, Google Translate, Adheres to all company policies and safety precautions. 7:00 am start time, full time and year-round position. Winter work shall include, but not limited to maintenance of commercial / residential job sites for winter debris from inclement weather.Requirements: 6 months Tree Service experience, Arborist or similar position. Valid Driver's license and DOT medical card for CMV drivers, must be able and willing to work outdoors in different types of weather, able to perform physical labor, lifts 50 pounds and handles the physical demands of the job: standing, bending, lifting, pulling and climbing. Main place of employment: 4545 Gibsonia Road, Gibsonia PA 15044. Work will be performed as well in multiple unanticipated worksites within the same Pittsburgh MSA.
