Position Overview

As an SREC Application Analyst, your primary role is to streamline the processing of a large volume of Solar Renewable Energy Credit (SREC) applications through the utilization of both CSGs internal portal, and the state-established Adjustable Block Program (ABP) portal. Your tasks include liaising with installers to address application deficiencies and compliance needs, managing required documentation, and verifying prerequisites for application approval to ultimately facilitate successful SREC trades between customers (solar system owners) and buyers (typically utilities).

This position is fully-remote for individuals living in Illinois.

Ideal Qualifications (Not Required):

- An individual who qualifies as an Equity Eligible Person

- A graduate of a FEJA or CEJA Workforce Training Program

-Experience and ability to work with Office/Google Suite products (GMail, Sheets/Excel, Docs, and Google Drive), ZenDesk

-Familiarity with PJM-EIS GATS and the Illinois Shines Adjustable Block Program (ABP)

-Self motivated, the ability to process large volumes in a timely manner

-Analyze and interpret relevant documents including system designs, utility authorizations, and contracts

-Ensure that internal control procedures are maintained

-Experience with contract, application, or data analysis and business level communication is appreciated.
