The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for operational excellence, adept in lean and agile methodologies, and skilled in driving digital transformation initiatives. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual who can identify inefficiencies, implement improvement plans, execute training programs, and support the digitalization of processes across departments.

Requirements (What you'll do for us):

• Lead the implementation of Operational Excellence (OE) tools and ensure sustainability through employee empowerment.

• Support and engage in workshops and Scrum projects to promote continuous improvement across departments.

• Champion the digitalization and automation of processes using Microsoft tools (Power Apps/Power Automate).

• Coordinate and support the implementation of Plant of the Future (PoF) initiatives and PMO projects, streamlining operations for efficiency and innovation.

• Identify and address safety, food safety, environmental, and quality risks, applying problem-solving tools to ensure compliance and continuous process improvement.

• Manage and secure the monthly metric reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in performance tracking.

Qualifications (What are the qualifications needed):

• Proven experience in operational excellence, lean manufacturing, or similar fields within the CPG industry.

• Familiarity with digital transformation concepts and tools, such as Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-departmental initiatives and drive change management processes.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with global teams and fostering a culture of trust and continuous improvement.

• Logical and analytical thinking, capable of managing PI targets and supporting financial performance targets.
