TEKsystems Call Center Representative in Bellview, Florida
Description:
To control/collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days they are delinquency/early stages of collections, in accordance with all government and the Credit Union rules and regulations. To provide member financial counseling and mitigate loss.

Bachelor or Associated degree with Retail or Sales Experience prefer
High end retail/fast food: Chickfila, Starbucks, Target, Best Buy
HS Diploma with collections or call center experience
Call center orientated fast pace with aggressive goals
Computer literate-ability to work with Excel, Office Word, Outlook
Ability to navigate multiple systems
Competent and well spoken people
A lot of critical thinking (Sales)
