GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Associate Scheduler assists the Planning Manager with the production planning process, inventory management and continuous improvement withing the department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Production Planning Process Creates detailed reports for the Production and Supply planning process across NA made to stock plants. Detailed data investigation on inventory and plan Creates improvements and assists around process capacity, labor capacity including capacity templates. Ensures Tremco CPG business alignment and provides feedback where necessary. Train Planners in standard best practices. Liaison for centralized material master data for production. Works directly with the Information Systems, Operations and Supply Chain to utilize SAP and migrate to a system-driven plan. Inventory Management Assists with the management of aging inventory- root cause analysis. Gathers detailed data to identify gaps in our ability to meet CSW goals. Continuous Improvement Works directly with BI team to create a visual source of truth for the network. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree from four or 5-year college or university in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain or Logistics preferred EXPERIENCE: Less than six months related experience and/or training 3 to 6 months' supply chain experience CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: CPIM, CSCP designations preferred OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong Microsoft Office and Excel experience Proven communication skills OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: SAP experience BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION: The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $52,960 and $66,200 plus a 12.5% bonus opportunity. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
