SSG Data Management Analyst is responsible for the stewardship of master data in the Specialty Synthesis Group (SSG). The business is composed of two sub-businesses, OLED and Dyes, that share common systems and programs. You will be the business expert on master data settings, new SAP material creations, and SAP reporting for the business. You will support the business and floor operations through knowledge of ERP SAP Production Planning (PP) and Material Management (MM) modules in SAP. You will promote master data policies and comprehend the complexity of the data relationships required to ensure transactions successfully process in SAP (enterprise resource planning) and associated systems. You will participate in data projects, define special requirements, and support business projects to initiate change. This is a hybrid role, where the candidate can either sit at our Monroeville, PA site or Barberton, Ohio site. Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for primary master data maintenance within SAP for the SSG business (DYE and OLED) for all facilities globally (3)
• Be a gatekeeper and initiator for new material creations in SAP by directly working with Global MDM Operations team to ensure materials are created accurately per the business need
• Will play an important role in current and future efforts of migration of data between other business systems (MES, Quality Systems)
• Develop, enhance and utilize passive data governance tools to facilitate data cleansing for improved data integrity
• You will report directly to the Digitization Manager, SSG
• Travel will be 0-15%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience using SAP ECC
• Experience with design and functionality of master data elements within SAP ECC
• Experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM) Modules (other SAP modules such as SD, WM, QM a plus)
• Experience with LIMS/LabVantage, SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Data Warehouses, Manufacturing Execution Systems is a plus
• Strong planning skills and experience with complexity management
